REFUND POLICY
Refund requests must be clear and acceptable.
- Request a trial account before buying. This way, you can test the service and decide if it’s right for you before you commit to a long-term subscription.
- If your internet speed is slow, you will not be able to use our service and request a refund.
- If you cannot configure the service on your devices, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please view our tutorials on IPTV setup.
- If you made a mistake in choosing the service or making the payment, you can submit a ticket in the support section titled “Payment error.” Our support team will review your request and issue a refund if it is approved.
Please note that refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, your refund request will not be accepted.
You can get a refund within 7 days of purchase if you meet the following criteria:
- You requested a trial account and were not satisfied.
- Your internet speed is too slow to use the service.
- You cannot configure the service on your devices.
- You made a mistake in choosing the service or making the payment.
