Annual Plan ($79.99/year):

1 month free trial with card on file.
Access credentials sent to your email within business hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (GMT+1) daily.
Manual validation and security check by our team for trial quality assurance.
After trial ends, you’re automatically charged $79.99/year unless canceled.

Please Note: If you sign up outside business hours, your account will be processed when our team is back online.

Monthly Plan ($19.99):

Non-refundable once activated or renewed.
Cancel anytime—access continues until the end of your current billing month, then no future charges.

Annual Plan ($79.99):

Refundable within 7 days of payment if there is no usage or less than 2 hours of streaming.
After 7 days: No refunds. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals, but the current year is non-refundable.
Cancel anytime—access continues until your annual period ends, then no future charges.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.

Use your free month (annual plan only) to test device compatibility, streaming quality, and content.
Customer support is available via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger for fast setup help and questions.

Internet connection issues or ISP throttling beyond our control.
Device setup problems after guides and support were provided.
Refund requests made after the 7-day window (annual plan) or after activation (monthly plan).
Content lineup differences from third-party schedules or listings.

If eligible, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Trial renews automatically into a paid subscription unless you cancel before the 30-day period ends.
