Refund requests must be clear and acceptable.

  • If your internet speed is slow, you will not be able to use our service and request a refund.
  • If you cannot configure the service on your devices, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please view our tutorials on IPTV setup.
  • If you made a mistake in choosing the service or making the payment, you can submit a ticket in the support section titled “Payment error.” Our support team will review your request and issue a refund if it is approved.

Please note that refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, your refund request will not be accepted.

  • Your internet speed is too slow to use the service.
  • You cannot configure the service on your devices.
  • You made a mistake in choosing the service or making the payment.
